Maryland's Commitment to Veterans (MCV)
Maryland's Commitment to Veterans is a program that collaborates with the US Department of Veteran's Affairs to assist veterans and their families with coordinating behavioral health services, including mental health. The Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene licenses and monitors health care services in Maryland, administers the Maryland Medicaid program and provides public health information and assistance. The Department’s goal is to provide for the health of Maryland’s citizens.
Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA)
The Developmental Disabilities Administration provides leadership to assure the full participation of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in all aspects of community life. It takes the leadership role in building partnerships and trust with families, providers, local and state agencies, and advocates to assure those individuals with developmental disabilities and their families have access to the resources necessary to foster growth.
Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ)

Maryland Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
The Maryland Department of Veterans Affairs is an Executive Department in Maryland State Government. It provides representation to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The Agency also provides referrals to other federal, Maryland State and local government agencies for benefits which may be available to eligible individuals. It maintains and cares for memorials for the Maryland Vietnam, Korean, and World War II Veterans.
